Spinach and Shrimp Tortellini, QUICK AND EASY

Things that you will need
- 1 large bag frozen cheese tortellini
- 3 Chicken breasts (thawed)
- 1 box frozen shrimp scampi
- Handful of raw spinach, stems removed
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Oregano, Thyme and Basil
Ten Minutes Starts NOW
1--Heat large skillet to high, and while waiting to heat up, start water to boil in medium pot
2--Season chicken breasts then place in skillet, lower heat to medium and cook until no pink inside
3--Place tortellini in pot, strain when tortellini floats to top of water, take pot off heat and return tortellini to pot
4--Once chicken is cooked through, open up box of Shrimp scampi and pour into skillet, with chicken still inside
5---Line bottom of twp bowls with spinach leaves. Just enough so you cant see the bottom of the dish
6---When shrimp is cooked through, pour shrimp/chicken mix into the tortellini pot and mix (BE CAREFUL NOT TO POUR ALL OF THE SCAMPI SAUCE IN AS THIS CAN MAKE THE DISH VERY SALTY)
7--Spoon Tortellini mix onto spinach in bowls, then repeat the process, placing a layer of spinach and then a spoon of tortellini mix. Make sure to have spinach be top layer.
8---Drizzle top of dish with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and DINNERS READY IN 10 MINUTES!!

Recipes can be pretty boring to read. Not the case here. I love shrimp!
